Anyone have any tips on what the best way of restoring the frame on a vintage bike would be? This one’s got a lot of scratches, chipped paint, and plenty of visible wear.

Oh. I think I had one of these in green. You can probably try nail polish to fill on the paint.
I’d just get a seat post and saddle, new chain, new tires, cables and housing and ride the hell out of it.
