Hello, I replaced the bottom bracket on my Poseidon ambition gen 2 today and I’m wondering if I installed it correctly. Everything went on smoothly and was started by hand. I dont have a torque wrench so I used the classic good and tight method (not gorilla mode either). The NDS seems to stick out a bit and I’m wondering if it’s because the OG size was 68×110 and the new one I got is a 68×110.5. Once installed I rode it and everything seems smooth. Any advice? The third pic is with the old one that fit flush.

It’s a little more exposed thread than usual, but not so much that bb is a 73mm in disguise. I’m not sure I’d be that concerned. The slightly longer spindle wouldn’t affect that. I’m not going to lie, as a bike mechanic I go pretty gorilla on bbs in alloy or steel frames. If the drive side cup was fully seated and the non drive cup was pretty tight I’d just send it.
