Enjoy it! I picked up my Stainless Steel Warakin about 5 years ago and put 1000s of miles on it. Its been a lot of fun and the material, either SS or Ti, looks clean and holds up to adventure scrapes. I’ll do just about any ride with this bike whereas I’m hesitant on some rides to bring my carbon bike.
I wouldn’t have changed my choice of bike but here are the little things you notice over that many miles:
My feet are rather large and my heels occasionally strike the stays but I’ve used eggbeater pedals and flats and never had more than a minor annoyance with that.
The cable routing down the downtube confuses me a little since there are brazeons there. I currently have my pump down there and they push the cables to the side slightly. Again, not an issue just a little oddity.
Your Ti might be different but I do find it doesn’t climb as well as a lighter bike but I expected that and for where I live, that doesn’t matter much.
Otso’s support has been pretty responsive. I haven’t had major issues but just some questions on screw sizing in different locations.
I don’t really use the forward chip position. I find it to be too awkward feeling.
The GRX brakes a bit of pain to re-tighten if you are getting break rub. It seems like you need a longer allen attachment which don’t come with most torque wrenches.
I highly recommend immersion waxing the chain to keep the drive train running as long as possible.

I just got a stainless steel one a month ago. It’s a blast.
