The semi-integrated cockpit of my Endurace (CP0030) made it difficult to use some existing mounts, as the brake and shift cables were in the way. So, I jumped into Fusion 360 and designed my own solution. I’m using a Wahoo Elemnt Bolt V2, and my first priority was ensuring a snug fit.
Luckily, my employer let me use their HP MJF printer, but I didn’t want to stress it too much, so I designed an inner piece first that fits the Wahoo Bolt just right. The insert is secured with two small M4 countersunk screws. The whole assembly is then screwed on with two M4 countersunk screws to the cockpit.
The underside features a traditional GoPro mount with an M5 nut, allowing me to attach a bike light and adjust its angle as needed.
