Hello bike enthusiasts.
Is this time of the year again and I am getting more into servicing my bikes. Any suggestions or anyone knowing what bearings are the ones in the photos. I will need to change them. I guess I can use also simple separate bearings and not in groups. Appreciate any advice.

“bottom bracket ball bearings” are fairly standard and any set of caged bottom bracket bearings you’ll find will work. They’re also sold as a set with cups as well, if yours are pitted
You can also buy a bulk of balls (1/4″ I believe), the cage just helps with installation but grease does the job. Here’s an example : https://youtu.be/BNfRD4ETDL0
I dont know what they are, or where to get them, but I think I would try to clean everything, degrease it, then lube it all up, and try to mount it all and see if it runs smoothly!
