So I’m posting this to show this bike off and also to get an idea of what of people think it’s worth? I have a slight idea but not sure if I’m correct, I’ve tried to post it on another sub but it was taken down because the mod said I could find prices on google and eBay, I can’t find any that have sold that are exactly like this. I’ve taken it to local bike shops and they’ve said it’s definitely a collectible bike and should be in a bike museum. This is my father’s bike and he was friends with the Cook Brothers, he did some work for them and got this in a trade, he’s the original owner.

Is bro an ant, because the only mountains it’s riding over are blades of grass.
It’s a sweet time capsule and indicative of just how far the sport has come, but I don’t know that it has much monetary value. I’d be tempted to do what it takes to get it road worthy and use it as a campground or round towner.
This question should be directed to the Marin Museum of Bicycling. Truly an amazing piece and probably the only one in existence but probably not much monetary value.
Did your father grow up and/or live in Laguna in the 80s perchance?
