    According to ChatGPT:

This part is a cable guide or cable clamp typically used on bicycles to secure the brake or derailleur cables. It appears to be a small, machined aluminum or metal piece with a central hole for a bolt and grooves to hold a cable in place. These are often found on the frame of the bike where the cables need to be routed securely and neatly.

It’s common on road bikes and mountain bikes, especially older or more traditional models where external cable routing is used. Let me know if you need help identifying where it fits on your bike or how to install it!

Looks like it could be for a cube acid fender or rack.

Edit: nevermind. Those things look a bit differently

Part of a SRAM matchmaker or similar. Allows for shifter, dropper lever, etc, to be piggybacked onto brake lever mounts.
