Coming from XL Grail AL, which I had to shorten the stem on to get a decent fit. Seat height is around 838 mm which would be very close to the Ultimate upper limit. Main concern with XL Ultimate would be the stem stretching me out too much, while the L might be too low stack-wise. I’m 191cm with 92-93cm inseam.
