I found this used bike to be in what looks like good condition. Listed for $700 got down to $400. Would this be good for long rides? Training for a triathlon eventually. Any visible red flags? I don’t have much experience. Thanks!
I have one of these I paid $500 for. It’s my indoor trainer now and I use it almost every day. Solid bike for the money. Shimano 105, groupset of the people. Looks like it’s a Small frame though. Check that’s appropriate for you.

It’s a 58cm according to the post which should fit good for me at 6’1’’ I’m assuming

The CAAD frames are great, if anything a little stiff, particularly on 23c tires. But that’s part of the character and charm of those bikes. You can upgrade the groupset when the time comes. $400 not bad.
