So I have mostly ridden track style fixed gear bikes for a long time and really enjoy the kind of aggressive twitchiness of them. I picked up a hybrid frame thinking I'd like it but it felt like I was steering a forklift. Super unresponsive and the long wheel base felt like I was always too big to fit where I wanted to be.

I went into the local bike shop not expecting to buy anything but then took this for a spin and fucking loved it.

It's second hand but pretty low kilometers by the looks of it, it's got an upgraded fork to a Richie carbon adventure, are and the stock wheels got replaced with some FSA ones which I kind of really identify but they sound carbon when you knock on them , but the guy assured me they're aluminum. You can definitely zoom in on these photos.

I had the stock bars which are nice but a little bit wide for me at a 820mm. I really wanted to put another pair of Nitto b802s, but they have perpetually out of stock, so I picked up these Bassi Bobby Bars from A shop in Montreal. Pretty close comparison to the nitros.

So far I'm absolutely loving this bike. The gearing's just enough to tackle most of the hills around this area. I got all the mounting points for fenders and racks if I want. But to be honest at the moment I'm really enjoying the clean look even if it means I get a dirty butt.

Not the biggest fan of the saddle that came with it and the previous and yet kind of has it at a weird angle and I I have keep forgetting to change it.

For anyone considering it, I'm 6'2" and a got a 58 cm frame and it fits like a glove.
