  1. I dont understand, dont tubeless ready wheels come taped? Isnt that what makes them “tubeless ready”? So what differentiates a tubeless ready wheel from a normal one?

  2. Keep it simple IMO. Does it hold a seal? If yes, run it. If not, retape it.

    It looks like they double or triple wrapped thinner tape to cover the wider bead. A few wrinkles in the outermost layer can be difficult to avoid when doing this.

  3. It will work but might wear down over time and cause leakage. Would retape it personally because I dont want to risk the hassle of my tires leaking when its full of sealant

  4. It’s pretty simple, if it holds air it’s tubeless ready, if it doesn’t you need to get it that way no matter what it says.

    its not the prettiest but it will work fine, I personally would want to do better though
