(Update) Purchased! & looking for pedal recommendations

Went ahead and purchased this State Undefeated Road yesterday (from my previous post).

Super happy with it so far. Will be taking it in to my nearest shop this weekend to get it checked out and put in some miles.

Wanted to ask if anyone recommends any platform / flat pedals? Looking for some in red that isn’t expensive or anything.

As for my saddle, i do have a replacement Fabric saddle that i’ll be trying out this weekend as well.

Appreciate everyone’s help in the last week of me looking for my first road bike!
