Look up Dunlop valve
Just unscrew the tiny ring and remove the valve insert. To inflate, put it back together.
To deflate a Dunlop valve, simply remove the valve cap, then press down on the valve stem to release air.
Unscrew the top valve. Replace the tube with a presta valve tube….get rid of that dumb valve
But they may like vintage bike valves!
