Recently bought this bike and need to deflate the tire since it hasn’t been put on right. Just can’t figure out how to let out any air?

Look up Dunlop valve
Just unscrew the tiny ring and remove the valve insert. To inflate, put it back together.
To deflate a Dunlop valve, simply remove the valve cap, then press down on the valve stem to release air.
Unscrew the top valve. Replace the tube with a presta valve tube….get rid of that dumb valve
But they may like vintage bike valves!
