Seller is asking 250. I have been riding a giant fastraod ar 2 for the past year but I want to be faster would this be a good pickup for me? Does anyone know what this bike is called?
Seller just said vintage cannondale. Any help would be much appreciated.

I would not. very old and looks like carbon fiber. I wouldn’t touch a cf bike until mid-laye 00 era
