Yes. Easily a good deal. This version of the CAAD series almost has a cult following like the CAAD10, except it’s lighter and even more aggressive than the CAAD10. I know a crap ton of people that race on the CAAD12. I have a CAAD12 myself and I ride that bike the most out of my 5 other bikes. The CAAD13’s geometry is more relaxed and some people, especially those that are looking to buy a CAAD, do not like that, hence why they like going back to the CAAD12 which was the previous iteration before they dropped the seatstays and made the geometry more relaxed and wheel base longer on the CAAD13.
