Solo cycling near to the Peak National Park Via Briestfield, Emley, Shelley, Crow Edge, Hade Edge, Transpennine trail, Holmfirth, Mirfield and back to Doomsbury again. Filmed by the old git (lol) Approx 45 miles. Speeded up to 160% in parts. Showing road construction due to a land slide near Huddersfield, also the Transpennine rail upgrade and newly laid path on the canal in Mirfield, still continuing.

Good ride – had a bit of everything there, from narrow lanes and cycle paths to open moorlandish roads, and some town centres to carve up.
He's pretty fit too isn't he! I know parts were sped up but he sets quite a pace when he's out, and anyone who can talk that easily while climbing that sort of hill is in pretty good shape.
I can't help thinking though… whenever I see his shadow with his helmet strap visible, that it looks like he's smoking a huge
jointroll up… we'll go with roll up! 😎🤣
