  1. What psi are you running? And you mention “winter” — are these pinch flats on the road or offroad?

  2. My first tpu tubes on my road bike were aerothan. After a season I got a flat on my rear. Got the ridenow tubes for cheap as the aerothan were OOS. They were good for a while, but then I got flat after flat after flat. Paid up for an aerothan and have been good ever since.

For a mountain bike I would check and pump the tires every day, they lose air over time like 8-10 psi a day . But I’ve already gave up on them even with the Ride Now, if not pinch flats I get leaks from the valve stem or the valve core . Butyl tubes are still reliable for me.

  4. You have to lightly inflate the TPU before sealing everything up.

Sorry this is happening to you. My TPUs have lasted since September have had no problems.
