Give them your specs (total system weight, rim/wheel style type) and let them build it for you.

  2. The easiest way is just to buy a 135mm width 559mm rimØ wheel aka a rimbrake-Mtb rearwheel.

30years later they are almost all the same outside of those with the 7-speed only freehubbodies

  3. This is an extremely uncommon wheel size. It’s a 26″ wheel, but you can’t just use any 26″ wheel because the rim brakes won’t match up. I would take it to a shop and see what they say. It might be possible to fit a different size wheel and use some sort of spacers to get the brake to work. This might be your best option. It’s also possible they can gix the wheel as long as it’s not cracked. You might also be able to get your car insurance involved and get reimbursed for repairs/replacement of the bike if that lady hit you. Her insurance is responsible so your insurance company should go after hers for you.

  4. If you’re in the U.S., a used wheel like this is probably $20 to $50 on FB Marketplace or Craigslist. You can probably buy a shitty used mountain bike for $50 and just cannibalize the wheel.
