I was looking at a wheel upgrade from my aksiums on my ribble endurance disc… these look good but i don’t understand these axle types? i use thru axles on my bike…
You should look at the company’s website for specs instead of the reseller.
This *sounds* like they are QR and have other endcaps available separately, but also sounds like it’s normal road 12mm TAs.

The other thing to note is that the hub spacing on a QR is different than a thru axle. There are conversion kits available sometimes depending on hub type.

You would need a set of end caps / “conversion kit” for the rear hub, sold separately. I am not sure why it says x-12 instead of ta-12. You can buy those wheels set up with thru axles already, if they’re on sale it’s probably because they’re quick release.

Shop around, that’s not a good price for those wheels. Are they an upgrade or a side grade?
You know you can get hand built wheels from a wheel builder in that price range too right? Spokesman Wheels, Strada, Ryanbuildswheels are just a few.
