You want a frame that is at least a 21 inch top tube if you’re going for a 20 inch BMX bike. If it’s been a while since you’ve ridden, I would kind of recommend getting a 22 inch wheel BMX bike. They’re a little more stable and easier to ride for an adult in my opinion.

Are you looking to do tricks or just cruise around with him? If you’re just looking for a cruiser bike I’d look at a 24″ or 26″. Cult Devotion 26″ is a decent bike imo, I’d just put taller bars on it.

  3. anything 100% chromoly frame, fork, bar, cranks, and double wall rims. probably brakes if it hurts when you fall like me. check the local marketplace and Frankenstein lives! im a firm believer in youll get used to it if you ride it! except short chainstays.. 🤢

I am only 6’ but at almost 55, I prefer a 22ā€ BMX. It has more room, and I am not going to be throwing any hop whips anytime soon.

    Hell I’m 6’0 230lbs and I bought a Fit Series One.
    Holding up well, no issues

  6. Im 6’4 I’d say Something with a 21in tt and chromoly and some tall bars you’ll be fine like the Animal empires if they’re still around and a TL stem
