I want to buy a new bike soon, and I've noticed that there are fewer and fewer 27.5" bikes. I would like to have 27.5" wheels, 160-180 mm travel and an aluminum frame. Plus point if it also has external cable routing. Which bikes fulfill these needs?
(The pictures I added are the only two bikes that I can think of right now)

The Yeti sb165 is a 27.5 Enduro also. I believe it’s still in production

I fucking hate how 29″ is being forced. I understand why people like it, it’s great for tech and chunky riding, but for those of us who like flow and jumps, it sucks. why not keep both? If you want to go low rent you can go with this:

Not an alloy, but evil insurgent have a full 27.5 version.
Just something else to consider – I really do find a mullet is best of both worlds for me, if you want to stick 27.5 I respect that for sure. But maybe try demoing a mullet if you can!

Koma process 153 has 27.5 bikes, 160/153 travel, and with it’s short chain stay you’re gonna have lots of fun with it. Recently got it but with 29, and oof it’s a learning curve from a hardtail, but damn is it nice
