I’ve looked up wheeler on the inner tubes and I can’t find much about it.
I know it’s not junk because of the quality of various fittings that are brazed onto the frame. It does not look like something that you would buy in a department store.
And it’s light.

I don’t know what that is either – but I agree that looks like a nice well-made steel frame. The internal cable routing and the nice looking brake bridge distinguish it from something cheaper.
