  1. I got an emtb bc I do 14ers & some mountaineering and use it for cardio, in great shape haha. Why would I do cardio indoors when I can hit trails where I live and keep my heartbeat in whatever zone I want consistently? Plus Colorado gives me $450 off lol

Interestingly, on my e-bike I push myself harder, I usually ride on a lower assist setting, but the fact that the high ones are there give me the piece of mind to go full crank on beautiful singletrack in the woods, knowing if I’m completely gassed thy way home will be manageable. And somehow ever since I got the e-bike my workout logs on my Apple Watch show a higher heart rate for longer and more calories burned, I know theses measurements don’t mean much as absolutes, but relative to themselves the delta is meaningful data.
