Wrench or socket, I think it’s 14mm. There is a number on the side of the tire and I’m guessing it’ll show 700 or 28″. That appears to be a Woods/Dunlop valve, are you in the Netherlands?

Undo the big silver capped nuts, with the correct size spanner, you may use an adjustable spanner as long as you accept it is bad practice, and pull the wheel down and forwards. Relative to an upright bike standing on the ground. Hopefully the mudguard won’t be too much in the way.
Tyre size should be molded or printed on the sidewall of the tyre. From that you can figure the size. Make sure you buy a replacement with the, same sort of valve. It looks like a woods/Dunlop rather than a presta or schrader to me.

You should likely aim for a schrader valve aka car valve. Then it can be pumped everywhere.
Remember to locate and remove the stone that makes the hole. Might be difficult to find.

The tubes for lady bike are the same as tubes on gentleman bike

Typically the wheel axle nuts are 15mm and you’ll need to take the coaster brake arm to take the wheel off. That takes two 10mm wrenches or a Phillips screwdriver and a 10mm usually. I may be smaller than 10mm.
The tube size will depend on the wheel and tire. The tire should have a size printed on it. Look on both sides of the tire to find that. Also, check the inside of the tire carefully for anything poking through as that will flatten the new tube if there is something sharp embedded in the tire.
