Hello! I own a Canyon Commuter:Onfly 7 and have a flat tire on the rear wheel. I tried to remove the thru axle (Canyon EP1142-01 Thru Axle) with an allen key, but without success. I'm afraid to use more force.

You can go to a bike shop. Use a alien key with longer hand,
Check use the correct direction so you don’t tight it. The torque on these usually high so you need use significant force. But be careful to not strip it
