I am piecing together an ebike and really hung up on the front brake set-up. I believe my fork is a post mount, 74mm. Do not know what these brakes are though. I thought they were IS, do got an adapter ut still could not understand what adapter I need. Hoping the community can assist! I did buy a new set of rotors that are 29mm bigger as I kept seeing that was needed for most adapters. If no adapter possible, trying to find a new hydraulic brake to swap on instead.

The brake is post mount as is the fork. What size rotor do you have installed, and what’s the minimum rotor size the fork takes? You need an adapter that goes between those two sizes (likely +20 mm). However, try removing the pad spacer. See if it fits as is. It’s a little hard to tell in the picture.
It should just mount direct. Looks like a 6″ rotor.
Looks like it might mount direct, with no adapter. If you bolt it on, and the top of the pads align with the edge of the rotor, you’ll be good.
Without the orange bit, see if sits on flush without gap, if not be 20mm spacer also known as like 140mm to 160mm or 160mm to 180mm depending on size disc got there, often it space it out 10mm on each bolt
There are also 140mm to 180mm version so only need one adapter
First, you need to know what size rotor you have. It should be indicated on the rotor itself. Then you can determine what size adapter you need
Are you Italian ?
If those are 160mm rotors, it should bolt right on. Might need some washers to fine tune the clearance.
If the caliper needs to be installed at an angle like you ahow in the 2nd picture, than an adaptor like this one Shimano SMMA90F203PPM might be what you need.
