Careful of the spikes on the top tube! Seems dangerous

I’m never too sure what to do with the stem angle in cases like this, where the top tube isn’t quite horizontal.
Go horizontal anyway? Parallel to the top tube? Perpendicular to the head tube? Diverge from any of these angles by enough that it looks deliberate?
But you show I shouldn’t overthink it. Looks fine, especially with the riser bar.
Is that a 25.4 or 31.8 mm For Shred? I just discovered they’re different widths.
