I know it is a bmx and should have scratches but this is almost scratchable with a finger nail, I got this frame 3 weeks ago and all the scratches is from like drooping an allen key on the frame or shit like that, this didn't happen with my last frame at all.

Yup. It’s pretty much just a tinted clear coat. They look cool but translucent paint is very delicate.
Translucent is tough to keep nice. Besides being easy to scratch any minor rust underneath shows through. It looks great when new, but basically after the first ride it will show some kind of damage. Enjoy it while it last and either buy a new frame when you can’t stand how it looks or paint it/get it powder coated and enjoy it as a new old frame.
