I am reaching out to Canyon anyway but wanted to see if anyone’s had luck with crash/accident warranty to discount the replacement of a bike. Dude half way across the country for a bike race only to wake up to a crunch pulling into the Airbnb. My wife feels awful and as much as I want to hate her… it’s a bike too replace it as quickly and painlessly as possible.
