This came from a freehub, it's the 10mm hex lock thing then I accidentally dropped the mf and now all this shit is on it, I have an ultrasonic cleaner but I'm not sure if that will knock it loose.
I have to admit that when this happens to me I just wipe it on a shop rag and call it a day. Just did exactly that yesterday with my freehub fixing bolt

Take a rag and push one fingernail through the rag into the threads. With the other hand you can then “unscrew” the bolt. So the rag runs throught the all the threads and you have a clean bolt.
