Hi there, I’m really totally new here (and a bit lost) Bought this Assos set in large, I sometimes need a medium, sometimes large in street clothes. I tried them on with underwear at the store (obviously) and it felt very squished in medium. Now trying it on at home, I’m afraid medium could’ve provided more comfort. Are you able to tell if I got the right/wrong size from looking at the pictures? Thanks so much!

For the jersey, I feel like you can size down.
Top down, bottom hard to tell depends how they feel

jersey could go 1 size down, bib shorts seem spot on, shave legs for more free watts (optional, but recommended)
Jersey is too big; go down a size, maybe two.
The shorts look a little long. That along with your description suggests they could go down a size as well.
Bottom’s good, shirt could’ve gone down one size. Good choice of brand!!
With ASSOS, you have to assume the cycling position before the clothes fit. It should feel tighter when standing, and only then should it feel comfortable on the bike. I would go for size M. I’m 178 cm tall and weigh 70 kg, and I wear size M.
Assos shorts – i love and hate them – take one size bigger, they have real issues with their sewings!
