Just need new rim tape. A bit of electrical tape can be a quick fix, I try and keep a length of it wrapped around my pump in case this happens

If use inner tube then should be fine, if tubeless then new rim tape for it, I be impressed if you destroyed the whole wheel

Is it carbon fiber or aluminium?
Did the screw make a hole in the rim? All we can see is the punctured rim tape.

Since rims are designed to have holes drilled through them in exactly that area, I would think you will be fine. But if it was my wheel, I still might clean up that broken area and get a small piece of carbon cloth (2-3 layers) and bond it over the hole with some good epoxy just to be sure. Nothing huge, but a little belt and suspenders for the long term.

You are screwed

I would inspect the damage under the tape, then use epoxy to fill the hole, also to stop any cracks from forming. As mentioned here this is place where rim has holes drilled already. My only concern will be balancing the wheel after adding epoxy.

Tyre looks like it’s shot but as for the rim you would need to take off the tape and see what if anything damage there is to the rim and make a decision based on that

Take off the rim tape and then take a picture.
