Hi everyone I’m running into issues trying to mount this nifty jet boil stove-specific cage on small my gravel bike, and trying to maximize space.
I want to explore mounting to my seat stay, what’s the best/safe way to do that? A jetboil weights less than water so hopefully it works?
It doesn’t work underneath the down tube, and in the main triangle it’ll prevent me from running my half frame bag… small frame problems. My fork mounts are occupied.
Curious what folks experience is mounting to the seat stays. Thanks all!

King cage sells hose clamps with 5mm studs welded to them. Caveat emptor. Also search for water bottle cage adapter though I think most options are for larger tube areas.
If you google “bike packing cargo cage mount” you’ll find bike packing dot com indexes of many ways to do this.
Why not put it in a bag? The cage is neat but I feel like this is more work when there’s a simple solution available

As mentioned earlier I used those King Cage bolts. Work like a dream. I also have a small bike.
[B-RAD(Bottle Relocation and Accessories Device)](https://www.wolftoothcomponents.com/collections/b-rad-system) is a rail system that lets you change cage positions pretty easily. Wolftooth offers a few variations of this.
