    You could have it welded and heat-treated, but the cost of having it done properly would be more than a new bike.

    See if there’s a frame warranty from the manufacturer.

    Neither, you should get a new frame and stop riding this one immediately.

    That is finished. It’s possibly fixable but it’s absolutely not worth trying to fix an aluminum frame.

  4. Welding aluminum is very difficult, to the point where I would say basically anyone who says they are willing to do it probably isn’t qualified to do it.

    Unfortunately you’ll need a new frame. The good news is all the other parts are still good, so maybe start hitting up your local bike coops and marketplace for a new frame.
