It’s made out of aluminum.
Honestly, you could maybe get a couple hundred for it at best.

I think you’d be lucky to get much above the “trade-in” value in a private sale unless you were patient and posted in multiple places. If it’s in near mint condition you could get more if someone wanted it for a display bike.
