It's a public service to find out officers that have violent tendencies , and that is needed because in Scotland for example they checked officers vetting records , and they could not find evidence of ANY vetting for a ( undisclosed) number of officers .
Auditing is a good way of rooting out officers that have personality disorders , as the authorities appear not to be doing a thorough job , and we clearly have some disturbed officers out on the street 😮
