Somebody near me in Florida is selling a 2021 Aspero with below specs for $2,400, is that a reasonable price given the below specs? My gut sense is that it’s too pricy even if it is in excellent condition, understand the wheel set isn’t cheap but they seem to get mixed reviews on quality / longevity and the warranty doesn’t transfer to the second-hand owner.
GRX 600 (2×11), Zipp 303 carbon wheel set, FSA carbon drop bars, Mt Zoom seat post, WTB 42 mm Knobby tires and a set of Schwalbe 30 mm road tires

Buy a rigid Lauf Seigla. Brand new with electronic shifting for around $2700. You won’t be tied down by the limited tire clearance of the Aspero.
No people always overestimate the value of what they have because they paid more than original value. GRX 600? No. $800 is a fair price, no more.
It’s steep with that spec. The wheels are a nice touch, but that probably makes it a $1,600-$1,800 bike, not $2,400. This is probably a seller who bought during the COVID bike boom and wants to recoup his investment.
The used bike market is very depressed right now, and there’s good examples of every brand out there; I personally wouldn’t buy new in this market. Pick what features are important to you and look for bikes that fit it.
Get yourself the wireless bike brand new full carbon (w/f)for that price
You could get a carbon frame with rival etap for like 1.6k and another 800ish for hunt wheels or another affordable option.
Id lowball them or pass completely
$1,500 for the bike and $900 for the Zipps basically. Not a bad deal. $2k would be great
Love my Aspero
The Zipps look cool for sure, but you can’t use a tire less than 40 mm on those. As someone who has tried 30 mm internal rims with gravel tires, I can’t imagine a benefit to using a 32 mm internal rim with a 42 mm tire.
Ultimate
Crapveloooooo. Junk bike for that money go aluminium with a nice set of wheels and tyres. Will probably get a better bike and ride quality.
Nice saddle post and stem
Looks well taken care of. Which is the most important thing. Good wheels. Id be pissed if someone low balled me sub 2k on that But if you can find equivalent for less than go get it instead.
I’ve been looking at these bikes as well. I think not being udh and external routing really lowered their resale value.
Brand new off Jenson usa grx 400 and alloy wheels is 1900$.
I found one with carbon reserve wheels and grx di2 11 speed for 2150$ but it has some cosmetic damage. They’re holding it for me to pick up this weekend.
Anything with alloy wheels and entry level groupset i would expect them to at least match the Jenson sale price of 1900, should even come down a few hundred, because at that point why not just buy a brand new bike.
