pretty much anything over pavement should be ok flat out, maybe not pedaling through curves if you’re on a hardtail. sticks on a road should be fine to unweight over or just ignore. all this barring tire rollover or burping.

I can’t completely tell from the video, but from the shadows, I don’t agree with the cornering form. lower over the bike, leaning the bike over more, and more separated (not distance, but your body as a separate system, floating over the bike) form would have probably allowed you to keep it on the road even after going in a straight line through the portion of the corner with sticks.

the other factor is, as far as I can make out, the fistfull of rear brake you took when on the grass. never advisable, especially on non-trail surfaces. braking during a corner is generally not good technique. no brakes and you could just ride out the grass by unwheighting the front and letting the bike handle the terrain. lock up the rear and it slams you down if you don’t know what you’re doing

My personal prescription is a day of 1 finger braking drills, front only and rear only, and another day of following The Loam Ranger’s cornering tutorial. pavement riding should only hit its limits when the tires burst or fold.

    and take those reflectors off!

Lean the bike over under you a bit more💪🏼 you get a lot more cornering grip that way
