So this is what's left of my vintage 23 year old Oakley Monster Dog glasses and helmet.
I forgot it on top of the car the night before when I parked the car and unloaded my bike.
This morning my wife drove out at 4am and rolled into the street in front of the house. I had been looking for my helmet all morning.
Where am I going with this.
Need new helmet and want to see some cool and safe helmets.

I just bought the smith network and it’s pretty comfy!
Im riding the poc Omne Ultra Mips rn. Super dope, and has some accessories on the sides like patches and elastic bands (you can fit a small pack of cigarettes on the side)
I have a Bell Avenue mips helmet. I would like to get a Kask one though.
I really like my kask protone, it fits my big ass head so well and feels like nothings on my head with pretty good ventilation. I cant speak on the new icon version but the old one was good so I assume the new one would be just as good if not better?
I’m pretty happy with my Kask Mojito X (it’s lightweight and not too big) and Giro Agilis
Giro Aries is safest, especially by a long mile at medium-low speed impacts like you’d get after getting on the skid hard to avoid a crash.
You kept it for 23 years? 😳 My helmets survive 4 years maximum before becoming junk.
