The wheel won't budge. The coat won't give either. The brakes are hydraulic. What do? Would we need to drain the oil to take out calipers? Would calipers even come off? The coat is super tightly jammed, I can't imagine there would be wiggle room for the calipers to move. Help!

Take the wheel out?
Unbolt the caliper and pull it off upwards. You may have tweaked the rotor and may need to true it after reinstalling.
And for the love of all things safety, beware dangly things like clothes near rotating things.
This happened to my wife with a pair of pants that blew out of her basket. We had to have a shop cut the rotor and the pants were toast.
Remove the two securing bolts. 5mm allen
Reinstall… leave just loose enough that the caliper still moves.
Squeeze brake lever and ziptie to bandlebar/grip
Retighten slowly and evenly to 8nm ensuring that the caliper doesn’t move during tightening.
Cut zip tie, spin wheel see of caliper is centered or bent.
If bent, use clean disc brake rotor tool to manipulate the rotor. Light touches, less is more, under bending is worse than over bending.
Repeat process of caliper is touching one side continuously.
Have one person pull up on the coat while another person rolls the bike backwards.
As a last resort, open the bleed port on the lever to allow the pistons to retract. Will require bleeding the brake after l.
Take the wheel off, and slide the rotor out of the caliper. My daughter literally just did this yesterday with her dress while riding her mountain bike.

If you’re asking what to do about this, I have to advise that an ounce of prevention is worth a jacket of cure. Don’t do this.
