I got this beauty from the local Facebook marketplace, and I didn’t know about Davidson’s custom bicycles until I purchased this “Impulse” model from 1987. The bike had almost all original components, according to the owner, who purchased this custom-made bike from Bill Davidson bike shop in Seatle in 1987. I already replaced threaded 1in the fork with 1in the threadless carbon fork, and it was a pain in the … to find a carbon fork for a reasonable price, but eBay has some good deals. Dropbar also was replaced. The original drop bar was Cinneli with a quill stem as well. The seat also was replaced with new Brooks. All Campagnolo 8speed “Super Record” set look great and work as new.
P.s. last photo bike with original components

Nice find!
What handlebars are those? I like the super shallow drop.
Nice bike! I’m curious as to why you decided to replace the fork, stem, and handlebars? I hope you kept the original parts.
