  1. Looks like it needs to be lowered in the front, which should cause the bottom beneath the lower mount to pivot back out.

Or take it back to where you bought it from and have them fix it.

  2. The rear fender stays need to be lengthened. That’s your problem.

This stay should slide in those plastic pieces on the end. Slide the stay out until the fender is at an equal distance all the way around the tire.

The fastener that controls that clamping is where the plastic meets the metal.

The steel stays that connect the fender to the eyelet near the axle should be able to be adjusted. The 4mm hex can be loosened and then you can slide the stay in and out of the black sleeve to make it closer or further.

    Congrats on the bike!

While I have not seen this exact mudguard type before, I’d try to loosen the screw you see on the left side end of the short black part that starts right behind the hub. I’m quite sure that should allow you to gently pull the chrome colour beam just a bit outward. Do the same on the other side, then see if you can straighten the whole thing by finding a balance between the length setting on each side. Then just tighten the screws again.

fender fits are bodge work. bend mend adjust align lengthen and shorten until it fits is all you can do. I’m pretty picky about it myself and probably do one or two slighht adjustments every other day.

The struts can be extended by loosening the clamp bolt on the black bracket that is bolted to the fork behind the axle.

The stays (the steel rods connecting the bottom end of the mudguard to the central mount point) are too short. A couple of inches along from that mount point, there are what appears to be bolts which might allow you to loosen a clamp and adjust the length of those stays so that you have clearance from the tyre.

Adjusting the stay length on either side might also allow you to correct the alignment, but that doesn’t appear to be too much of an issue; concentrate on getting the clearance right first.

Obviously, I’m just going on what I think the photo is showing me. Try undoing one of the bolts a little to see what it does and go from there.
