Hello, i am still debugging the strange clicking nois when i pedale harder and what i found out it may come from the contact point between the bb and crank axle(metal on metal)
First i greased the contactpoint the clicking noise disapeared for 200 km and than it came back.
Now i put more greas and lets see how much it holds.
What i observed the Token Ninja lite bb has no plativ on the bearing and creates a metal to metal contact point (shimano bb has a platic to metal contact point).
I observed some marks where the contact point are.
Can sombody confirm me if these marks are normal usage mark or this is an issue.
Thank you

It is normal if it is just superficial, if it is digging into the metal and there are deep marks you need to change the crankset and/or the BB. It looks normal from the photo. The contact point should be cleaned and greased from time to time. Also make sure your BB is rotating smoothly, change it if not.
Is it a pressfit BB? Pretty often tolerances are wrong and it might move or warp a bit when you put a lot of strength. This might be what you hear.
Something to try, I had a similar problem a couple of years back. The carbon frame is an echo chamber. The click was from not greasing the threads of my clip pedals, and the threads were dry. Lubed threads and the sound is gone!
