Goddam if you weren't right – took a long ride early in the morning late last nite and after the first 15 miles my wrists started to ache – so l went home and grabbed my tools and after making the advised changes from my last post the comfort and handling is much better – and the rest of the ride was a lot nicer – so Thank You. The pics are where I ended up.

Thank You 🙂

  1. Someone taking sound advice from a subreddit AND THEN IT ACTUALLY WORKS???

    Nah, fight them instead

    What timeline are we on?

  2. I highly suggest investing in a professional bike fit, made my riding much more comfortable.

Usually they’ll give you a spec sheet of the recommended saddle height, reach, q-factor and etc so you can recreate the fit on any bike of yours.

  3. Stop encouraging them!
I’m glad you’ve actually gotten some improvement though. Life is too short for bike pain.
