Some company like [Kent](https://kent.bike/pages/premium-incentives). Coca Cola goes to Kent and will buy 10,000 bikes at something like $75 and give them away to reps, distributors and as promotions. Coca Cola Inc can deduct the marketing expense from profits.
Is this a 20″ or 24″ bike? That would make it a youth size. It does not have much value as a bike. Maybe try Coke collectors, maybe you could get a few bills from them.

There is a brand new one like this on ebay for $90. My guess is it was made in China, distributed by USABike, in Bethlehem, PA
