Take stick out and test drivetrain components would be the only surefire way to tell but looks like the rear derailleur is cooked.
Hopefully rim and spokes are undamaged looks like frame is good. Sorry 🙁 that’s some bad luck

Rear derailleur. You need to take it to a shop for a quote. If the bike is a Walmart special, sell it as is and use the money towards a new one.

Usually the derailleur hanger saves the day but in this it looks like the hanger avoided damage and the derailleur itself took all of it. New one will be needed for sure, im not good on estimates so local shop will be able to answer that. They may also have options on hand.

Derailleur of course. Check derraileur hanger & chain. Check wheel for loose spokes.
