I’m wanting to swap out the bars on my bike, and have been looking at the more modern aero carbon bars with the nice aero-profile flat tops.
Though I feel like they may look out of place on my more traditionally shaped bike, and may just go for a normal round-tube handlebar.

Nobody cares what it looks like. Get what makes you happy. Aero bars – even cheap ones – are easy gains. And from the side nobody would even know they’re aero.

Depends on how fast it’s going.

No if you are doing a time trial or racing in triathlons. Yes if you do group rides with your club.

Are you talking about aero-optimized drop bars, or time trial style aero bars?

I swear you could have straight bars I wouldn’t even see them. Lynskeys are the shit.
