I'm back too! 😂 That's what we call a "feline colony". Volunteers take care of them. The cats are actually "property" of the municipality and they cannot be moved or harmed in any way because they are protected by law. They get spayed/neutered by the local ats (Italian NHS) and then put back on their territory.
