  1. Should be a fun one – ’92 Gary Fisher Hoo Koo E Koo. Apparently this was the last year before Trek bought the brand. I don’t think the fork is original, but it needs some work – just surface rust so hopefully easy enough to sort out.

    be careful. those frames used to crack. gary fisher mentioned in his book. the elevated chainstay frames had some weak spots.
    i buildt one up last year and sold it to a guy. a month later the frame just cracked right off where the seat tube meets the chain stay.
    before that the frame looked great. not rusty and not worn.
