I don’t want a one piece cockpit and this is how the bike was fit for me so the spacers are here to stay.

Deeper wheels could look more balanced in combination with the large frame.
I’d loose the valve caps. And yeah, black and matching water bottles. Also, since you’re using a large-ish saddle bag anyway, maybe mount the Varian on the saddle rails like [this](https://encrypted-tbn0.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:ANd9GcTX29NaAXLxhKNfnm4Nbu5LYl5Wufg9LUoPDQ&s)?
How did you end up with a stem this short?
Deeper wheels, black valves, less spacers + longer stem (I know you’ve had a bike fit, but it doesn’t detract from how ugly the front end looks).
Cut all those spacers out
